You've tried your best to change the patterns; tried to strengthen your willpower, but your body will "sabotage" you by shutting down or over-reacting when you don't want it to.  Certain therapies keep the focus on just the brain and don't address the body and may make things worse. Empowerdigm draws from psychology and spirituality, biology, trauma and attachment therapies, and energy therapies to support an individualized client-centered approach that respects your unique needs and paths to healing and utilizes multifaceted methods, beyond “talk therapy,” that engage your mind, body, heart, and soul. This personalized and multi-modality psychospiritual approach facilitates self-actualization, resilience, purpose, and fulfillment. It is based on the principle that we have all the need and ability, within ourselves, to experience authenticity and fulfillment, and can support ourselves with guidance to access it.

​Using such tools and processes as intuitive coaching, somatics, IFS parts-work, attunement, nervous system regulation and support, healing of trauma and biology of trauma, radical self-compassion, compassionate inquiry, energy healing modalities, and more to provide powerful and profound guidance, insight, healing, and support. With compassion and empathy, we will identify, heal, and transcend the trauma and blocks you experience to living your purpose. In these sessions, we will explore, in depth how you get distracted, disconnect, self-abandon and sabotage yourself. We will clarify those patterns you have repeated in your lifetime, which keep you from living an authentic and purpose-driven life. You will leave these sessions feeling more resilient, in control, lighter, and empowered about challenges you grapple with, as well as homework specifically designed to transcend and re-frame them.
